As an Amarillo Texas native, growing up in the heart of the Texas Panhandle, I have always been deeply connected to my family roots, community and our unique culture.

I am the founder and CEO of Keesee Staffing Group, LLC a Motivera Search Group partner, a leading brand in the staffing industry sector and a truly established local staffing firm. In my role as founder and CEO, I am responsible for Strategic Leadership, Business Development, Operational Oversight, Team Management, Financial Management, Brand & Reputation, Innovation & Growth. These key ingredients have been instrumental in driving key projects, such as: Securing High-Value staffing contracts, Expanding into New Markets, Developing Exclusive Talent Pipelines, Innovating Recruitment Solutions, Building Strategic Partnerships, Optimizing Operational Efficiency, Launching High-Impact Branding & Marketing Campaigns. Due to this innovative approach and dedication, I have earned recognition as a reliable and forward-thinking professional within the industry.

Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones, including multiple president club achievements and accomplishments. These accomplishments reflect my commitment to excellence and continuous growth. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying hopeful, the Dallas Cowboys will win a Super Bowl, basically anything sports. Whether it's indulging in creative pursuits, or volunteering in the community of various local non-profit organizations, I am always eager to listen, learn, grow and of course volunteer my time.
